Raise your hand if you’ve been feeling overwhelmed this new year! There seems to be a collective call to start the new year on the right foot ~ new decade new intentions, new you!
Well, here’s news: for some of us, it’s just another day, another January. We’ve actually been working on ourselves long before this change of date. Still, we’re bombarded with carefully-curated achievement lists and unstoppable 2020 goals ~ no surprise then, that we’re feeling anxiety and pressure.
How to cope: Honor your progress. Be thankful. Be mindful. Focus on what’s right for YOU. Note: We slipped in the mud (twice!!) while going down this hill.
